What is the A.P.C. Butler program?
The Butler program allows customers to exchange their worn-in A.P.C. raw denim jeans for a new pair at half price. The returned jeans are then repaired, washed, and resold as unique 'Butler' pieces.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric and develop unique fades, we recommend wearing your raw denim for as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash cold with a specialized denim detergent.
What are your international shipping options?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, like intimate apparel or personalized goods, may be final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As A.P.C. often follows traditional European sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar garment you already own.
