Returns & Exchanges

A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, including final sale and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
